Who you are buying from

These terms are between you and [registered business name], registered at [registered address], registration number [number].

Prices

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees. The price you pay is the price displayed when the order is placed — the order is priced by the server from the live catalog at that moment, not from whatever your browser was showing, so a stale tab cannot lock in an old price and a price change mid-session cannot raise your total after the fact.

Displayed prices include applicable sales tax unless the checkout says otherwise. Your invoice shows the tax separately.

Stock and availability

Stock counts shown on product pages are live. Placing an order reserves the stock in the same operation that creates the order, so two people cannot buy the same last unit — the second checkout is refused rather than accepted and cancelled later. If an item is nonetheless unavailable, you will be told and refunded in full.

Used and refurbished machines

Used machines are sold as described, with their specification listed as measured rather than as advertised by the manufacturer. Cosmetic wear consistent with a business-used machine is normal and not a fault. Where a listing is uncertain about a detail, it says so on the page.

Warranty

New machines carry the manufacturer's warranty plus our own workshop warranty. Used machines carry a workshop warranty stated on each product page — normally three months, and always shown before you buy.

Opening a machine to add memory or storage does not void its warranty. Damage caused while doing so is not covered.

Custom builds

A build configured with the PC builder is checked for compatibility before it can be ordered — sockets, memory type, physical clearance and power draw. That check is a compatibility check, not a performance guarantee: the bottleneck estimate and any performance figure shown alongside it are estimates and are labelled as such.

Returns

Set out in full at returns and refunds.

Liability

We are liable for the machine we sold you and for delivering it as described. We are not liable for data loss — take your own backups before sending anything in for repair — or for business losses arising from a machine being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law
