Who builds this
Hardware, honestly specced
TCV started because buying a computer should not mean decoding a spec sheet written to hide things. We assemble the machines, we test them, and we list what is actually inside.
Every machine runs twelve hours of burn-in with thermals logged before it is cleared to ship.
The bench
Assembled here, not drop-shipped
A tower we sell has been cable-managed by a person, posted, flashed, stress-tested and listened to. That is the difference between a machine that works on day one and one that works in year three — and it is the only reason we can put a three-year warranty on parts without reading the small print aloud.
What we hold to
Four things we will not trade away
We publish the part numbers
Not marketing tiers. If a drive is QLC or the memory is single-rank, the product page says so — because you will find out either way, and it is better it comes from us.
We test before it ships
Twelve hours of burn-in, thermal logging under sustained load and a memory pass. The report goes in the box with your serial on it.
We leave room to grow
Boards with spare slots, supplies with headroom. The builder checks the upgrade path so the next step is a part swap rather than a rebuild.
We do not hide behind the warranty
Three years on parts, transferable. Adding storage does not void it, and a repair booked with us comes back with a reference you can track.
Tell us what the work needs.
Four questions and we will put three machines in front of you, with the reasoning shown. Or open the builder and check the physics yourself.
